The Ihumatao Vineyard is nestled within an ancient volcanic crater on the edge of the Manukau Harbour. This unique and sheltered location is home to Villa Maria Auckland. With a focus on mimimal handling, this site has consistently produced fine, complex and ageworthy Chardonnay since 2005.
