Syrah 2010

Dark, crimson colour.  Brooding, forest fruits, black raspberry, bramble, black pepper, licorice, smoky bacon and dark chocolate.  Full bodied, viscous palate with a chocolate cream impression at first, tightening up with that Gimblet Gravels iron core in the mid palate and a rich, chewy tannin finish.
